This retreat features the “Transforming the Pain of Unmet Needs to the
Beauty of Needs” Dance Floor which supports the ongoing development of
foundational Nonviolent Communication skills and consciousness.
The Dance Floor transposes the Susan Skye and Robert Gonzales ‘Living Energy of Needs’ process onto the Dance Floor creating clarity, compassion and empowerment even from long held pain.
As an intermediate training, this retreat is designed for those who want to deepen their NVC practice, and for those
who offer training or counselling and wish to incorporate a new teaching or learning method.

to the enormous success of the 5 day NVC mediation retreat in May
2009, and the many expressions of enthusiasm we have
received from participants at the associated Sydney Facilitators
Network and Leadr events, we have invited Ike Lasater
and John Kinyon back for more in 2010.
There is also 1 year program which includes a further 2
retreats and a monthly telephone link up as well as ongoing practice and
peer support. This is based on the successful 1 year program completed
in the USA in June 2009 and currently also running in California, Boston
and Poland. See flyer for details.
