    NVC Practice Group

    A fortnightly practice group to consolidate NVC concepts and skills, working with issues that are live for group members. The group meets in person and welcomes anyone who has attended an NVC workshop with us or any other trainer.

    Mindful Communication Practice Group

    Come together to explore, practice and integrate NVC. We explore and learn about NVC through activities, NVC practices, games, role plays, discussion and interaction.     Weekly Practice Group Ongoing with Sharon Rallings leading – over 19 years experience. This group supports your integration of the NVC skills you learnt at a Foundation Training into your life and all of your everyday relationships.

    Ongo Group - for Men

    Using the Ongo book we will be diving into an exploration of everyday nonviolence. How can we, as men, show up in our lives whilst holding a space of peace, compassion and wisdom?
    You are invited to explore this topic with other men who desire freedom from self-imposed limitation and who desire intimacy with themselves, with nature, and with the people in our circles.

    A Collaborative between North Brisbane Psychologists & One Natural Therapies

    This monthly practice group is a chance to apply and integrate your NVC knowledge and practice. We are interested in exploring non-violent communication as a means of self-regulation, self-compassion, co-regulation and compassion for others. This practice group is supported by beginner workshops and retreats, and level 2 retreats.     We meet at a cafe, over coffee, I introduce the topic for the day, and give instructions. We partner up and complete a beautiful walk together exploring the topic.
