This monthly practice group meets to explore using NVC in everyday life and to support each other in learning various aspects of Non-Violent Communication.

For participants who are interested, there is also the opportunity to volunteer to lead a session and set a topic to explore with the group.

All are welcome, though it is recommended that you have read ‘NVC: a Language of Life’ book to have a grasp of basic NVC concepts to be able to follow along with some of the practice exercises.

NVC Practice Group

A group for people wanting more practice, 24/7 empathy, free events on Skype and other online stuff. Trainers are also welcome.

We have practice sessions on Skype every month, and some are timed to work well for Australia. These are very intimate, because we keep the group small, and the high quality of sound on Skype supports great connection.

Connecting from the Heart

An opportunity to practise in a safe, non-judgmental space. Andrew Cowell and Samantha Wittenberg facilitate this practice group, which is more like a mini-workshop as it is three hours and well structured which brings more depth and spaciousness.
Participants in our workshops say that they have gained clarity in dealing with challenging relationships, feel more relaxed and at ease. They often feel inspired, connected and grateful .
