This monthly practice group meets to explore using NVC in everyday life and to support each other in learning various aspects of Non-Violent Communication.

For participants who are interested, there is also the opportunity to volunteer to lead a session and set a topic to explore with the group.

All are welcome, though it is recommended that you have read ‘NVC: a Language of Life’ book to have a grasp of basic NVC concepts to be able to follow along with some of the practice exercises.
