This monthly practice group explores using NVC in everyday life and supporting one another in learning various aspects of NVC. It is a peer-led group and none are certified trainers. We welcome and invite members to lead a session they want to explore with their peers if they feel called. The minimum pre-requisite for entry to this group is the reading of ‘NVC: a Language of Life’ by Marshall Rosenberg in order for you to have a grasp of basic NVC concepts and follow the practice exercises.
