Louise met Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of CNVC, in 2005 and it changed her life for the better and forever.

She attended over ten intensive courses with Marshall and more than a hundred days of training.  Her passion is to spread peace in the world, in her family and in all her relationships. She has been a CNVC certified trainer since 2007.

Louise works as a trainer and consultant in organizational, personal and professional development.

In Montolieu, France, she has created the Peace Factory, a training centre for Nonviolent Communication, and the Tannerie, a co-housing eco-community where NVC is a source of inspiration for communication, dialogue and conflict resolution for the people who live there.
