Private sessions

I offer one on one sessions in my hometown of Coffs Harbour where I work as a holistic psychotherapist (PACFA accredited)

I also offer private sessions via Zoom.

Interests

The aim of my work is to support and strengthen all relationships in life : The couple relationship, families, parent/child, workplace, and with yourself. My focus and passion for the past 20 yrs has been working with parents to increase the ease and enjoyment of the parenting journey using a relational approach and respectful, age-appropriate communication.

* For teachers/schools :”The Relational Classroom”.
* A workshop crafted to the unique needs of the workplace:
“Connect with Respect”
* Intimate couples workshop: “Getting to the Heart of the Matter”

Mediation

I have done NVC Mediation training and offer Mediation for navigating change, conflict, disconnection or separation.I like to think of these as ‘supported conversations’.
