Tracey is passionate about helping people bridge the gap between silence and authentic expression. She started offering training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2020, and has immersed herself in this new language, learning to speak to herself and others with kindness and understanding. Through her work, she empowers individuals and groups to cultivate deeper relationships, build emotional resilience, and enhance clarity in communication.
Tracey’s playful and creative spirit brings NVC to life in simple, yet transformative ways. Tracey is dedicated to continuous growth. She loves sharing the latest tools and insights with her friends and participants.

Outside of her facilitation, Tracey is passionate about Authentic Relating (AR), a practice that transforms everyday interactions into deep, meaningful connections. She seamlessly weaves AR into her workshops, blending it with the powerful tools of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to help you not only speak up but also engage in truly impactful conversations.
Tracey, is committed to enriching lives through her dynamic and engaging approach. When she’s not with her partner Colin and their dog Joy, she’s passionately sharing her insights and expertise. Currently, she’s thrilled to be writing her debut book, How the Bleep Do I Remember to Use NVC.
